Explore the most stunning fjords around Tromsø with Boukersen Heim on a relaxed and scenic day tour. This small-group experience gives you time to enjoy wildlife, dramatic landscapes, and peaceful Arctic nature. Experience the magic of the Arctic winter while spotting wildlife like reindeer, eagles, moose, seals, and even whales!
Your guide shares local stories, history, and knowledge about life in the north. We stop for photos, short walks, wildlife spotting, and a BBQ meal along the route -We help guests with photography (including use of tripods) so you can return home with beautiful memories of the most stunning fjords and beaches, and your guide will share stories about Arctic life, culture, traditions, and legends. We’ll stop at the best spots for incredible photos and enjoy a break around the bonfire, grilling local sausages (or vegan options) while sipping homemade chai tea and other hot drinks.
With only max 12 guests per tour, the experience feels personal, calm, and authentic — perfect for travellers wanting real connection with nature and local cultures.

Your Guide & Driver: Martin Boukersen
Martin is one of the founders of Boukersen Heim — born in Norway, with Norwegian and Tunisian roots, and a genuine love for the Arctic. He has a background from the military and studies in history, but what really defines him is how much he cares. He knows this region deeply — the weather, the landscapes, the quiet places most people never see — and he shares it with honesty and warmth. Guiding for him is not a job. It’s something he does with his whole heart.
