Northern Lights Adventure – Small Group, Campfire with BBQ & Personal Experience – Photo included

Join Boukersen Heim, a warm and family-run company in Tromsø, for a true Northern Lights experience. With a maximum of 12 guests, we serve homemade vegan chai tea- the Boukersen Heim's specialist, with campfire and BBQ, and a touch of a passionate guide, this tour focuses on personal connection, comfort, and high chances of seeing the Aurora.

Your guide will use weather forecasts, local knowledge, and flexibility to chase the clearest skies. We take you far away from the city lights — sometimes all the way to the Finnish border if needed.

We provide BBQ meals with vegan options, hot drinks, and a cozy atmosphere around the fire. Even though doing the campfire, we pride ourselves on sustainability and leave no trace behind.

We help guests with photography (including use of tripods) so you can return home with beautiful memories. Within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive a high-resolution photo of your favorite shot (included in the price). If you’d like more pro photos, they’re available for 250 NOK each, and you can pay directly to your guide. By purchasing photos, you support our dedicated guides.

To keep you warm during the Arctic night, we provide thermal suits, hand warmers and toe warmers, but we still recommend wearing your warmest clothes, gloves, and shoes.

This is not a big-bus tour. It’s a personal, authentic experience designed to make you feel taken care of from start to finish.

The tour lasts up to 7 hours. The actual length of the tour may vary depending on the weather and Northern Lights visibility. We’ll be flexible to give you the best chance of seeing the Aurora. However, please note that we can’t guarantee that the Aurora will appear—it’s a natural, unpredictable phenomenon. But we can guarantee a Real Arctic Experience!
